2.Copy the included file "vcruntime140_1.dll" to the Live exe installation directory.
For Live 12 Suite, the default path is "%PROGRAMDATA%\Ableton\Live 12 Suite\Program"
C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Ableton\Live 12 Suite\Program
NOTE :
NEVER try to overwrite a file in the system32 dir!
