All sales on Acapellas UK are final. We do not offer refunds. All subscription tiers are listed above, so you know what you are buying.

In some cases, we may offer refunds, such as if you made multiple payments by accident.

Termination of your account will not get you a refund. All subscription levels and user account can be deleted if said user(s) breaks the Community Rules to cause termination of account and user name.

If you wish to delete your account you will forfeit your subscription and all costs.

If you wish to delete your account and re-join the site at a later date you will have to purchase any of the subscription tiers again.

Hi, to purchase VIP, Go into your control panel where you can change your forum image ect .. in there you'll see subscriptions. Click that and choose what VIP you want. Once purchased, you'll automatically be put into VIP and then you can access the VIP area

Hi... This is the site that has free and VIP acapellas. You should be able to see the VIP area and the free download section. The site that  have prices is our shop, Also if you have read the the registration and community rules.. you would see that you have to make a minimum of 2 posts.
