Vox loudness

How can I increase the presence of a vocal sample in my djing sets without overblowing the mix?

Hey.... The only thing I would suggest is to use you samples on breakdowns of the tracks and maybe drop master volume and allow for the vox? Im no DJ.. I can DJ was along time ago but I would try that. Im sure there are many djs out there that could offer better advice?
