When mixing music on a laptop i prefer the AIFF files simply because they store metadata better than a WAV. Such as Cover art comments things like that.

But on my Galaxy phone using bluetooth speakers and stuff i usually go for MP3-V0 is almost just as good sound quality and usually about 20 of the size compared to WAV. It wasnt until bluetooth 5.0 That they got the bitrate high enough to actually be able to stream a full quality 24bit 1,411kbps WAV file. Previously BT4.0 was capped at like 750kbps. Meaning it would compress the WAV and sound the same as an MP3 anyways. But they doubled the bitrate limit with BT5.0. Wild part is BT5.0 did all that and still uses only 75% of the power that the previous gen did.

So I download tracks from YT into WAV 441000khz then convert that into an acpella wav format. I think that gives the best result.. would you agree? Or would there be another way?
