I have installed a new "Invitation System". The invitation system allows you to invite non members to join our forum.
What is "Invitation System"?
This mod adds a full "Invitation System" to your forum. With this, you can ONLY register if you have a key from one of the members, assuming the mod is enabled. The admin can set how many keys each member gets per renewal, and how many days before a renewal occurs, if at all. If you set a member group to -1, they get unlimited invites, and there is a feature called "roll over" where if the admin turns this option on, unused invites by a member "roll over" into the next month so that you can still use them. The "Invite Keys" are generated randomly via the database and once used, you can't reuse them.
The referral part adds a field to a user's profile that shows who invited that user. For other members to see this field, they need to have permission to do so, which can be granted to different member groups in the permissions section of the admin panel. Regardless of that permission, users will be able to see who invited them.
So this is how to use the "Invitation System".
At the top of the forum the "Menu" You will see the "Invitation System" [see image 1]

Click "Invites", you will be presented with the "Generate Key" [see image 2]

Once generated you can then copy the "Generated Key" and send it to the person who you would like to invite.
Member Groups allotted "Key" amount. [see image 3]
Each "Group" has the allotted amount of "Keys" per 30 days. Each "Key" is valid for 7 days. If the key isn't used you will sill loose your 1 "Key" of you're 30 day allowance meaning if its not used you'll not get and "Invite" back or credited.

The invitee will receive an email from you looking like this.. [see image 4]

The "Invitee" can click the registration url in the received email and register. Once your at the "Registration" page it will look like this [see image 5]

The "Invitee" will need to fill out the "Registration" detatils and paste the "Invite Key" that they received via email. If they don't an "Error" screen will happen [see image 6]

Once registered you can view their forum "Postbit" (user info and avatar) [see image 7]

Members can "Gift" other members by generating a "Key" and clicking the "Gift" link. [see image 9]

In the "Receiver Id:" you will put the name of the member you wish to sent the "Invitation Key" to and then pressing "Submit". You can also "Donate" £5 for and extra 5 "keys".
The site is now closed to all new registrations, the only way to become a member is getting an "Invite" from current members who have "Invitation Keys". Members who have registered on the site will now need to keep active, if they don't then their accounts will get deleted.
