Graphics Maker For Acapella Cover

Looking for someone that can make us a generic VA Acapella collection cover using Photoshop, Gimp or any graphics designing program. As you can see mines pretty shit 
Basically I want a good cover that have our logo on it and for me to be able to just change the number of the volume so like Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol3 ... you get the idea.
