Hi All,

Some of you know that I have created a new site on a new domain You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login The reason is that I wanted to move away from the current forum software SMF. The software is well supported but modifications are hard to instal and to run them on the current version of the SMF. You have to have the right mods for the right versions.

PHPBB forum software that is running on the new site is the oldest forums software's going and most supported or at least one of them.
The new site has a "Download Database" that is user based and customised to what groups can see the new Download Database. For now the Database is only open to VIPs, Admin and Mods. This will probably change in the future.

The PHPBB mods and skins are so much better and so much more support. All though PHPBB is a bit more technical behind the Scene's it yields so much more potential for you guys.

I know moving moving to a new site and having to reregister is a pain in the butt, but I tried moving the database over but it involves so much work and is really only 50/50 that its successful.

I am moving the content over slowly from this site to the new site slowly, but I'm trying to also create content for the new site as this site wont be updated with new content anymore. So I'm asking for you to help me move stuff over, Acapellas UK is relatively big out there on the net and I've had so much shite because other similar sites are jealous of us.

If you want to help move stuff over and if you can dedicate your time or some time that you have to help move links over then those who help will be rewarded and put into a new group called "Contributors" These also have access to  the VIP area.

If you want to help and like the sound of getting access to the hot new content for free then let me know and I'll show you how to go through the steps on posting content and using the prefixes over on the new site. Members who transfer a lot and really help will be rewarded. I wont move members over to the new group if you only post a handful of links.. I need you to be full on when you can, not all the time but for those who make a conscious effort.

All VIP Members need to re-register with your current usernames and emails that you used on this site, so that I can move you into the VIP section. If you don't I cant confirm your identity and and you'll not be moved over to the new VIP group. Some members VIP have already done this so they are all setup and ready to go and using the site. (If you want to change your VIP name on the new site PM on here with your desired name, then register on the new site with your new name so that I know to add you to the VIP section on the new domain.)

Acapellas UK is creeping up and hopefully becoming the No 1 site for your acapellas and acapella packs.

The new site is a mirror image of this site in terms of categories and forums, but better. We have a new skin that I purchased and I'll be purchasing anew one today.
